Thank you for using Brilliant Digitizing for your embroidery digitizing and vector artwork conversion.

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Brilliant Digitizing. Our refund policy exists to ensure that our clients receive 100% assurity and satisfaction. Terms and conditions related to Refunds are given below.

  1. If you appear to have been unsatisfied with the artwork provided to you, we are open to critiques. You can email us at order@brilliantdigitizing.com to register your issues.
  2. Should you not be ensured or satisfied by our response, you can lodge a refund request at order@brilliantdigitizing.com. Please do not forget to mention your order number, date of delivery and the name of person with whom you were dealing.
  3. Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of final files delivery.
  4. Please note that brilliantdigitizing.com has full rights to attempt to solve your disputes, and try to provide you with better solutions other than refunds. Should it not satisfy you, refund would surely be made.
  5. Any charges that have been incurred in transfer of funds to and from brilliantdigitizing.com would not be reimbursed and payments would be made after deduction.
  6. Refunds would be subject to any taxation or services charges if applicable.
  7. Refunds would not be made to any other persons, company, website or projects on going at brilliantdigitizing.com.
  8. Any decisions regarding refund would be full and final. brilliantdigitizing.com has full rights to change, amend, modify, add or erase any terms or conditions of refund policy.
